For return or exchange of items - you can avail a credit coupon equivalent to the cost amount, which can be redeemed in full for your next purchase.
- You can also choose to exchange your product for another size, colour or item.
- Cash refunds are not provided.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will receive your credit coupon via email. This Credit will be valid indefinitely and it will be applicable on your next purchase.
We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
