Return & Exchange Policy :-

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

What We Offer :-

• Exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product
• Store credit coupon equivalent to the item value, valid indefinitely on your next purchase
• Cash refunds are not provided

Eligibility :-

• Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Request :- Contact us at sales@rhe-ana.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items :- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Process :- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval via email. If approved, your store credit coupon will be sent by email and is valid indefinitely.

Cancellation Policy :- Free cancellation within the same working day.
